David’s area of practice focuses primarily on civil litigation and criminal appeals and he has been actively involved in many of the firm’s cases. In addition to civil litigation and criminal appeals, David has assisted clients in Landlord/Tenant, Real Estate, Commercial Business, Bankruptcy, Family, Appellate and Criminal Matters. David feels that maintaining a general practice helps him develop effective strategies for litigation clients by assisting in all of their needs and not just one.
Prior to joining Freedman, Herskovic and Spagnuolo PLC, David attended the University of Arizona, where he received a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Media Arts. David continued his education at Michigan State University’s College of Law, where he obtained his Law degree. Additionally, David clerked for current Michigan Court of Appeals Judge Deborah Servitto, during her time with Macomb County Circuit Court, as a judicial intern, where he gained invaluable experience and insight regarding judicial proceedings.
David is a member of the Michigan Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan as well as the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. |
